What is the Erstitut?
At weekly meetings with tutors from higher semesters, we can tell you about everyday life as a student, share tips and tricks for studying maths and answer questions. Above all, however, we also want to create a framework for networking with other first-semester students, as a good study group is very helpful in mathematics studies. Especially at the beginning, and everyday study life is of course much more fun if you know a few people.
How do I take part?
The programme for the tutorials is varied and will be announced here for those the weekend before.
Below you will find the introductory texts of the individual Erstitute. We offer four Etuts from Monday to Thursday. If you are interested in participating, join the WhatsApp groups, each group has its own. IMPORTANT: You can attend as many groups/tutoriums as you like.
If the group is too large, we will split it into two groups so that we can create a familiar environment.
Kick Off Event:
At the kick-off event, all tuts will introduce themselves personally. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to get to know the various tutors and spend some time with them. One or two games will certainly not be left out at this point.
We look forward to seeing everyone who comes. :)
