The ÖH Helpline is the free psychological counselling provided by the national ÖH and the Association for Psychotherapy. You can call them during the week or make an appointment (online/in person) via their website. In addition to counselling the ÖH Helpline offers quick and affordable access to psychotherapy.
The Psychological Counselling Services are also a good option when facing personal problems. You can find information as well as an option to make an appointment at a location of your choice on their website.
